
AIRBUS’ warning that it could leave the UK if Britain leaves the EU without a deal was timed to fit with the anti-Brexit march over the weekend, the head of a leading think tank has claimed, arguing it was an “open attempt to undermine the Brexit result”.

It mischief making and the wheels of project fear at work. I can just imagine the CEO of Airbus receiving a bit of arm twisting from the powers that be at the EU while making this statement.
ReplyDeleteAs Hegel said, from every negative comes a positive! The Airbus threat has already produced one response from its rival, Boeing, who have said they intend to expand its operatins in the UK! Will they be the last to do so? I suspect not- when you move out into the sunlight of Brexit, the world can soon look a very different place to the dark corridors of Brussels and the EU!
