Top Corbyn aide poses with ‘B*****ks to Brexit’ sticker – raising new questions on the Labour leader’s commitment to leaving the EU

A TOP Jeremy Corbyn aide has been pictured posing with a 'B*****ks to Brexit' sticker - raising fresh questions about the Labour leader's commitment to leaving the EU.
Laura Murray, paid £40,000 as 'Stakeholder Manager' in the Labour leadership office, showed off the anti-Brexit slogan at the Labour Live festival last weekend.

The sticker says Brexit is "not a done deal" and has been widely distributed among Remainers campaigning to overturn the 2016 referendum result.
John Bercow, who is meant to stay politically neutral in his role as Commons Speaker, sparked calls to quit after he slapped the same sticker on the back of his 4x4 earlier this year.
The appointment of Ms Murray, 29, sparked a nepotism row. She is the daughter of the ex-Communist party member Andrew Murray, who now runs Mr Corbyn's office.
He was drafted in after the election from his previous job as chief of staff to Unite boss Len McCluskey.

Ms Murray tweeted a picture of the ‘B*****ks to Brexit’ sticker stuck to her forehead on Sunday and wrote: “Labour Live was a gorgeous day of sunshine, music and politics with beautiful friends, colleagues and comrades.

Thank you for supporting the Daily Brexit

“Thank you to everyone who came along in spite of all the media b****ing and whinging. You’re all superstars.”
Questions have been asked about Corbyn's commitment to Brexit

Labour sources insisted the picture was taken as “a bit of fun at a festival” and said Ms Murray voted Leave in the referendum two years ago.
The Labour Live festival - at White Hart Lane Recreation Ground - was plagued by low ticket sales and fears that the event would make a loss because revenue wasn’t expected to dwarf the £1 million cost.
Just days before the event sales were stuck on around 3,000 - a sixth of the venue’s capacity.

  1. I bet Laura Murray knows nothing about Brexit or how the EU really works. Does she know where Europe is I wonder?
